Lovely clean rooms with a nice pool and friendly, welcoming staff. I felt very comfortable in the spacious environment. The sitting area in the room provided a beautiful view of the garden and pool. The morning coffee from the electric kettle was a great start to the day. Unfortunately, two major issues arose. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool at night, leading to warmer evenings than expected. my party found that our room was left open after the cleaning staff passed through, which made us feel uneasy. Although the dining options on the premises were decent, more variety would enhance the experience further.

Braw stay near the beach, staff were pure crackin’ and always ready to help. The pool area had a great vibe! The breakfast was decent, but could use a bit more variety. a lovely experience for a wee break.

Old stains on sheets left me questioning cleanliness!!! Bathroom leaks, no hand soap provided, and the TV didn't work. Even felt insecure with visible gaps in the locked door!!!

Just a good match for a holiday in Senggigi with best value for money ratio. The staff were friendly and helped with arranging a fun snorkeling trip. Bring snacks since the local dining options could use some variety.

the staff was super helpful, especially this guy named rijal. the food was surprisingly good, like the ayam taliwang, which was made from real kampung chicken, really well grilled. the breakfast with lontong and fresh nangka was yummy too. also, nice little patio outside the room to chill and smoke, and the pool area had a cool breeze. if ya like good simple music, the cafe gotcha covered.
low wi fi signal and the water flow from the faucet was kinda weak.

great location but minor issues
The resort is close to the beach which made for lovely evenings by the shore. The staff provided warm hospitality which really enhanced our experience. The serene garden view from our room added a peaceful touch, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
The air conditioning struggled a bit, making the nights warmer than expected.

during my stay, I was thrilled to find that the stunning Senggigi beach was just a short stroll away at 1.5 km, making it perfect for evening walks along the shore while enjoying the beautiful sunset views, plus, the nearby National Park Krandangan, located only about 2 km away, provided a lovely escape into nature with beautiful trails and scenery, adding to the charm of my city explorations.
